For Sale A Cooper Bantam

I,ve had this bike for many years. It was built by my pal Trevor Brown who bought the frame new from Bill Cooper. I went with him to DMW to collect the new MP forks. It had very little use when l bought it after he died around 20 years ago. My son Andy rode it a few times until the gear box developed problems. So l decided to do a complete rebuild. I got hold of a B175 motor and had it rebuilt by Bob Greenhough and is now 185 cc with electrex world ignition, heavy duty clutch and operating arm, gears re arranged. New rims, spokes, bearings and shoes, stove enameled frame and new exhaust. The steering geometry is unchanged. Tel David on 07920 529079. Postal area is DE7

Also for sale is the original engine which is fitted with a read valve and was was tune by Terry Beckett when it was first built. This engine performed very well. I have got a replacement set of gears and l would want £ 550 for it. Hope it would be of interest to someone.
